Claims and / or Refund

The client will have 5 business days to submit a claim or return the delivered merchandise.
In the event of a return, the merchandise must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

KRK Medical will make a credit to the client’s account.

Warranty

Guarantees will only be valid for manufacturer defects, not for misuse of the product or physical damage. The guarantee must be made directly to the manufacturer.

KRK Medical offers a guarantee for 30 days after delivery.
